Jack Kenny joined MRA in August, 2021 as an Associate focused on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Kenny is responsible for coordinating market research and analysis, obtaining lease and sale comparable transactions, and initial underwriting of potential investments.

Mr. Kenny also assists in sourcing/tracking company deal flow as the owner of the MRA deal pipeline. He additionally assists the property management and accounting teams in ongoing asset management initiatives at existing company-owned assets.

Prior to joining MRA, Mr. Kenny held internship positions at The Beechwood Organization, Long Island’s largest residential developer, over the course of two summers while completing his undergraduate education.

Mr. Kenny received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He later earned a Certificate in Development and Land Use through NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, along with his ARGUS certification.
