Marta Kopacz joined Metropolitan Realty Associates (MRA) in 2013 and currently serves as the firm’s Controller and Vice President, managing the firm’s accounting and finance operations. In addition, Ms. Kopacz interfaces with MRA’s third-party oversight accounting firm and Joint Venture Partnership auditors, and coordinates the property audit process.

Prior to joining MRA, Ms. Kopacz was a senior accountant at Peterbilt NYC, where she managed the day-to-day functions of the accounting team and coordinated deadlines to ensure all client and client account services were met. Prior to her time at Peterbilt NYC, Ms. Kopacz was an accountant at US Eagle Inc., where she was responsible for accounts payable and receivables and assisted in end-of-month closing and preparation of analysis of accounts.

Ms. Kopacz holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Queens College NY.
