MRA along with its partners acquired the Jericho Atrium, located in Jericho, NY, along Routes 106 and 107 in close proximity to the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway, through a spin-off from a portfolio acquisition. MRA implemented a capital improvement program upon acquisition, upgrading the common areas to increase rents and occupancy. MRA sold the asset in 2016.
