The 144-unit building was built in 1911 and converted into commercial condominiums in 2007. The building is in close proximity to the Financial District, courthouses, trains, and many popular shopping destinations. Prior to its 2007 conversion, the property served as the headquarters for Globix.MRA was hired by Ownership to oversee and manage the development and construction processes of the building’s new core and shell, which included all expediting and design coordination.
