MRA along with its partners acquired the former Stella D’oro Biscuit Company factory located between the Riverdale and Kingsbridge neighborhoods of the Bronx. MRA redeveloped the property into a 160,000 SF big-box anchored retail center, leasing it to national retailers including BJ’s Wholesale Club, Petco, City MD, Bank of America, T-Mobile, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Subway, Smashburger, and Dunkin Donuts. MRA sold the asset in 2015.
