MRA, along with its capital partner Angelo Gordon, acquired the former Macy’s department store located at The Shops at Nanuet, a Simon Property Group outdoor shopping center in the Hudson Valley along Rockland County, NY’s main retail corridor. MRA intends to rename the building RTL Nanuet, and modernize the site for single or multiple retailers. They have signed At Home to a long-term lease.
